Shilpa Groups Residential apartments, is a community apartment project located amidst luscious greens and residences, offering 2BHK and 3BHK flats to the users. Public amenities like a clubhouse, multipurpose hall, indoor games, etc. are incorporated into the design to build communal relations.
THE BRIEF
Shilpa Groups Residential apartments, is a community apartment project located amidst luscious greens and residences, offering 2BHK and 3BHK flats to the users. Public amenities like a clubhouse, multipurpose hall, indoor games, etc. are incorporated into the design to build communal relations.
DESIGN
The design is evolved to bring in natural ventilation and cater to Vaastu. A singular mass is split into two towers and is oriented along the north-south axis. The central plaza bridges the gap between both towers and brings the residents together. The plaza is designed with an intricate landscape with multiple amenities integrated within.
