THE BRIEF
Architecture planning without any distraction in the view, focusing on creating spaces where the eye can flow naturally without interruption was the driving force. There are no jarring elements like exposed pipes or cluttered wires; instead, everything is seamlessly integrated into the core of the building.
DESIGN
The facade is designed predominantly glass, with striking blue panels and integrated lighting that accentuates its sharp lines. It is adorned with a patterned arrangement of vertical and horizontal elements, utilizing a combination of glasses in varying shades of blue. This creates a dynamic, shimmering effect, enhancing the building’s visual appeal. A modern Business bay with a sleek, angular cut creates a unique Architectural feature.
