LAKELOOM GROOVE

ABOUT
The architectural mass is strategically split and laterally shifted to reduce perceived bulk and generate a dynamic built form. This fragmentation responds to the prevailing southwest winds, optimizing natural ventilation and daylight while enhancing environmental performance.
The separation of volumes creates linear circulation spines, opening framed east and west vistas and establishing strong visual permeability across the site. Landscaped green edges soften the built form and reinforce a seamless indoor–outdoor relationship.

DESIGN
A two-level clubhouse at the ground plane anchors the project, housing shared amenities and acting as a social interface between the architecture and the landscape.
Lakeloom Groove embodies a climate-responsive, layered residential typology where spatial clarity, environmental sensitivity, and contemporary living converge.
