ABOUT
Designed to address harsh South and West solar exposure, the building incorporates a double-skin façade with brick Jaali screens that act as passive shading devices, filtering daylight and creating a dynamic pattern of dappled shadows.
Contemporary massing, combined with earthy materials, establishes a bold yet contextual identity, where carefully articulated volumes balance solidity and transparency, enhancing depth and visual interest while responding sensitively to the surrounding microclimate.
