THE BRIEF
The double-Storey structure is in Devanahalli and consists of four bedrooms. The emphasis of this design is on a minimal massing while integrating play of materials and projections. The building’s linear architectural grid is highly emphasized by its design elements.
DESIGN
To achieve a modern minimalist look, the massing has been designed to be as streamlined as possible. The exterior is kept simple and sleek, with straight lines, and each material used has a significant impact on the overall design. The building features various projections to provide visual interest and break up the otherwise uniform geometric shapes. Materials such as metal and glass are used to add texture and create playfulness in the overall design.
